Support to vulnerable groups
We are mobilizing resources to support various groups of vulnerable people like elderly, women, youths and People living with disabilities. You can join us on this enriching journey of supporting these people to live better lives. The various groups will be given support in cash and equipment depending on what they do. The support will be intended to help them uplift themselves out of poverty
Skilling for empowerment
This is an ongoing program where youths and women who are vulnerable are supported to get vocational skills to make them employable. Over 100 youths have been trained but many of them do not have equipment to use like sewing machines, welding machines, carpentry machines etc. You can too join us by supporting any of the trained youth’s ad women with any equipment of your choice.
My Environment, my life
This campaign is intended to plant 1,000,000 trees in Hoima city as a way of supporting environment in Hoima City and Albertine region. This is in response to the climate change that is resulting from degradation of Bugoma forest in Kikube District and Budongo forest in Masindi as well as the oil and gas activities that have created an impact on the environment in the region. In this campaign, we are planting trees at public places like health facilities, schools, markets, local government headquarters, on the road sides among others.
You can support the program by providing seedlings or other resources as well as planting a tree in your home if you are in Hoima City.
